Daytona 675R features Ohlins suspension systems
The Daytona 675R, which features Ohlins suspension systems, Brembo monobloc brakes and heat shields, is one of the top track bikes for serious riders, one expert has said.
Writing in the Aberdeen Press and Journal, Renaud Amand said he tested the bike on the Portimao track in Portugal, a bumpy circuit which proved to be one that really allowed the machine to shine.
"The 675R tracked its chosen line without faltering and the Ohlins suspension swallowed it all with a smile and added one to my lips in the process," he said.
Overall, Mr Armand said the 675R Daytona is "hard to fault", with a torque curve that's "flat as Cameron Diaz's stomach" and a quick shifter that ensures no time is lost during up shifts.
Meanwhile, recent reports on Visordown.com suggest that the high-spec factory version of the new V4 Tuono will include Ohlins suspension systems as a central feature.
